Gerald (Gerry) Resnick (Founder and CEO)
Gerry Resnick is experienced in developing, commercializing and protecting Intellectual Properties, both as a businessman and attorney. As a founder of a licensed nationwide telecommunications company, Mr. Resnick developed secure network software protecting government, public and private networks from unauthorized access as well as out-bound disclosures.
As CEO of CyberSentry Inc. (NYSE-CYR) Mr. Resnick provided services to 20,000 customers. Mr. Renick commercialized the CyberSentry unique secure segmented software, the first of its kind protecting networks. In the past, Mr. Resnick co-founded Noise Cancellation Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ-NCTI). He helped found the original Sttarx software that led to the current platform and now brings his wealth of experience to Hidden City.
Phil Gambell (Founder and EVP)
Phil Gambell (USMC-Former Officer) is the co-creator of the Hidden City software and responsible for its development to a one click deployable Windows based Operating System. Mr. Gambell has secured extensive third-party testing and attestations by the DoD and a nationally recognized
Department of Justice lab. Mr. Gambell secured Department of Homeland Security’s first ever software designation as Qualified Anti-Terrorist Technology “QATT” for STTarx, the precursor to Hidden City's own HC-SDN software.
Mr. Gambell is the product visionary and is currently developing joint ventures for the Hidden City Software Defined Network and solidifying synergistic relationships with a focus on the space industry.
Madhav Diwan (Founder and COO/CTO)
Mr. Diwan has over 20 years of extensive experience in information technology, leveraging technology and
engineering solutions to manage change and engender confidence in highly complex operating environments.
Mr. Diwan has a proven track record in the design and architecture of critical technology, integrating and securing large-scale enterprises, and building efficient new generation infrastructure. Mr Diwan is adept at developing, deploying, and supporting information systems, establishing highly effective policies and procedures, and consistently establishing harmony between IT and organizational objectives.
Mr. Diwan has received recognition for the design and deployment secure infrastructures for major insurance providers, including HR and Treasury systems (securing multi-million dollar contracts to implement “real-time” treasury and HR and systems); he designed and developed a methodology for the simultaneous and concurrent secure distribution of applications and configurations to multiple systems in a complex environments (the platform is now considered the beginning of cloud configuration management on extremely large scales) This system is used by major television networks/communications companies, as well as large banks and financial entities. He has developed international DR strategies for globally dispersed sites based on internet VPN strategies for Middle Eastern and South American brokerage firms; and designed the AWS reference architecture for an international machinery company that is now used as the basis for many Big Data designs.
Mr. Diwan is responsible for the development and operations of Hidden City and for the solutions and services provided to our clients.
